Finn Gomez
Finn Gomez is an emerging photojournalist whose work focuses on breaking news, sports, culture and the human moments within larger stories. He began his career at Michigan State University’s State News before working as a photojournalist at the Detroit Free Press and Boston Globe.
Now based in Washington, D.C., Gomez works as an editorial news photographer with Getty Images. His assignments have included major sporting events, severe weather, protests and political demonstrations.
Gomez’s work is defined by his ability to stay observant and adaptable in unpredictable situations, looking beyond the obvious moment to find photographs that reveal the people and emotions behind the news.
